Chakal has been designing custom graphics for goal equipment for over 5 years now. It all began with Battram and the orders have been multplied since then. Chakal now added the NHL to it's field. Kevin Weekes, from the New Jersey Devils, has started the year 2008 wearing a Smith blocker and pads with a Chakal custom graphic.

Chakal fait des graphiques d'équipement de gardien personnalisés depuis maintenant 5 ans. Le tout débuta avec Battram et depuis, les commandes se sont multipliées. Chakal a maintenant entré les spères de la NHL car depuis le début de l'année 2008, Kevin Weekes des Devils du New Jersey, porte un bloqueur et des jambières Smith arborant un graphique personnalisé conçu par Chakal.

Kevin Weekes is now Chakal Hockey first NHL client. Weekes ordered a blocker and a set of pads from Smith Hockey and speaking with the owner, Pete Smith, talked about having a custom graphic on it. Weekes thought it was a good idea to ask Chakal to work on it and a few days later, the gear was at the NHL's office for inspection. The gear passed the inspection and got good words from Kay Whitmore, the man in charge of measuring the goal equipment. Weekes is now proudly wearing the gear everywhere in the NHL and said that he gets great comments from everybody on his new look.

Kevin Weekes est le premier client de Chakal Hockey évoluant dans la NHL. Lorsqu'il a commandé son équipement de Smith Hockey, en parlant avec le propriétaire Pete Smith, Weekes trouva que de demander à Chakal de travailler sur un graphique personnalisée était une bonne idée. Quelques jours plus tard, l'équipement se retrouva aux bureaux de la NHL pour l'inspection. Une fois l'inspection réussie, Kay Whitmore, l'homme en charge de l'inspection, envoya de bons mots au sujet des pièces d'équipement. Depuis Kevin Weekes porte fièrement ces pièces d'équipements aux quatre coins de la NHL et dit recevoir de très bons commentaires sur son nouveau look.
